By accessing and using NexaCraft's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
NexaCraft provides web development, app development, graphic design, content writing, video editing, and many other digital services.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials for project completion. Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. NexaCraft retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
NexaCraft's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Depending on the scope of the project, an advanced payment may be required. All payment conditions will be clearly outlined in the service agreement provided to the client.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
